How can you earn Loyalty Points?

It’s simple really. You’ll earn Loyalty Points for each of your cash wagers. So the more you play, the more you’ll earn. These Loyalty Points can then be redeemed for cash and even used to enter promotions. Plus, the amount of Points you’ve accumulated will determine your Loyalty level. Take note – you won’t earn Loyalty Points off wagers made with bonus credits.

What can you do with your Loyalty Points?

When you’ve accumulated enough Loyalty Points, you can exchange it for casino credits. Take note that you can only redeem in multiples of 200 Loyalty Points.

What is the difference between Tier Loyalty Points and Bonus Loyalty Points

Your Loyalty Points balance is the sum of your Tier and Bonus Loyalty Points. Tier Loyalty Points are earned when you play at the casino. Bonus Loyalty Points in turn are earned from Specials and Tier Bonuses. Only Tier Loyalty Points can help you move up to the next Loyalty Tier, however when it comes to redemption, both Tier and Bonus Loyalty Points have the same value.

Where can you find your Loyalty Points?

Once logged in, glance to the bottom left of your casino homepage where your Loyalty Points balance will be displayed. Want to view the rest of your Loyalty details? Simply click on the ‘Detailed Statement’ link, which you’ll find at the top right corner of the casino lobby.

How can you find out when your Loyalty Points will be expiring?

The casino will remind you if your Loyalty Points are going to expire within the next 90 days. Keep an eye out for a warning message on the Redeem Points page, which will be displayed below your Points balance.
